Senior BBQ Send Off
Last night we had our last Cru meeting of the year.
I was supposed to happen on Wednesday, but the Rain changed the plans.
So we held out for the beautiful weather on Friday.
The night was good we had hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and soda.
We set up a volleyball net and some students played Frisbee in the park.
After dinner we said goodbye to the seniors.
It was definitely a night of bitter/sweetness as it was fun to see everyone,
but also knowing it was the last event of the year and having to say goodbye.
Here are some pictures from the BBQ:

On Thursday I went to visit my roommate at Work.
She works with preschools and this is one of the conversations I had.

Evan: How old are you?
Me: How old do you think I am?
E: I don't know.
M: Can you guess?
E: 4? 5?
M: No
E: 60?
M: No, I am 24 years old.
E: 24! that's old!
M: Yes it is. (Especially, when thinking about the fact I am two decades older than him)
